Hypnobirthing Course (Group) - 1 day

£285 for 2 people

One Day of learning hypnobirthing techniques - I encourage people from all stages of pregnancy. Often people begin at 20-30 weeks but techniques taught are useful at all stages including post birth. Deposit of £50 - remainder payable no less than a week before start date. Contact Amanda for start dates.

Hypnobirthing Course (Group) - 4 evenings of 1.5 hours

£315 for 2 people

Four evenings of learning hypnobirthing techniques. Normally 4-6 couples. I encourage people at all stages of pregnancy. Often people begin at 20-30 weeks but hypnobirthing is useful at all stages. Therapeutic consultancy for problem solving (disputes) with an emphasis on enhancing working relationships (Transaction Analysis Model), therapeutic support including 1:1 therapy, facilitation (restorative justice approach) and group work (supporting mental health & well-being). You will receive a personable not corporate service with mental health & well-being at the heart of the service.
