Why Choose Psychotherapeutic Counselling
Two modalities, one therapist
No need to repeat your story to different practitioners; I weave both approaches together based on what you need that week.
25+ years of clinical experience
Specialist work with neurodiversity, trauma, anxiety, stress and confidence; tailored to how your mind actually works.
Faster, lasting shifts
Talking gives insight; hypnotherapy helps the change land at a deeper level so it sticks beyond the session.
