Couples and Relationship Psychotherapeutic Counselling
A balanced, confidential space for partners to slow down, be heard, and rebuild a relationship that works for both of you — whether you’re navigating a rough patch or strengthening your relationship.
About the Service
Amanda provides a contained therapeutic and confidential space for you to work through the topics and subjects that you bring. As soon as you walk through the door you will be valued and listen to. Amanda will talk with you about what do you want to address and what you would like to achieve. You can ask as many questions as you need to.
Amanda works in a integrative way using a number of approaches to her work depending on what you need. She uses humanistic theory including transactional analysis, attachment style theory, psychoanalytic theory and inner child work.
