Couples & Relationship Counselling
About the Service
Couples counselling gives you a structured, neutral space to talk about the things that are difficult to raise at home — communication breakdowns, recurring arguments, intimacy, trust, parenting differences, life transitions and more.
My role is to support the relationship itself: helping both of you feel genuinely heard, surface what’s really going on beneath the surface, and develop tools to relate to each other with more honesty, warmth and clarity.
Whether you’re in crisis, drifting apart, or simply wanting to invest in your partnership before things get harder, this work can be a turning point.
- Session: 60-75 minutes
- Format: In-person & online
- Approach: Impartial & confidential
Ready when you are
Why Choose My Couples Counselling
Impartial and balanced
I hold space for both partners equally — no taking sides, no blame culture, just honest, careful work.
Experienced with hard conversations
Affairs, ruptures, neurodiverse partnerships, parenting strain — nothing is too uncomfortable to bring.
Practical, not just talking
You'll leave with real tools for communication, conflict, repair and reconnection; to use between sessions.
